Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
